EXI-CCW

EXI; Six, CCW; Continuous Coil Winding, which means the coils are connected without soldering. The pickup consists of six coils: three are designated for the E, D, and B strings on one input, while the other three are for the A, G, and E strings on a separate input.

6 Coils

Each coil has a different number of turns to compensate the string diameter and ensure uniform signal for all strings. The operational amplifiers used are either the TL071 or OPA1641. These pickups are handmade and may not have a commercial appearance, but they produce a brilliant and clear sound.
